As if it’s not enough to have to come up with a meal plan based on the can of beans hiding in the back of your pantry, you’re also cooking for the world’s most persnickety food critic: your kid. No worries, friend. It turns out cooking from your pantry and cooking for your kids have something in common: flexibility.
